My current role

I am currently interim director of strategy and major projects at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Trust, having moved from the leadership community in north central London where I worked across fourteen member organisations to establish the UCL health alliance as the provider collaborative for the system.

Previous history

Since joining as a graduate trainee in 2004, I have worked across a range of geographies and organisations in the NHS.

My experiences have encompassed operational, strategic and policy orientated roles across out of hospital, acute and specialised services.

Highlights from recent years include being part of the cancer community which set up the national cancer vanguard and delivered the reconfiguration of complex care in north central and east London.

More recently, I was managing director of the Shelford group, a national collaboration of providers with a collective turnover exceeding £12.5bn. I led strategic reviews for cancer services at UCLH and the Shelford group.
