Consultant orthopaedic hand surgeon

I am a hand and wrist specialist.

My current role

I am a consultant orthopaedic hand surgeon. I treat injuries about the hand and wrist and also non-injury related problems such as arthritis and nerve and tendon problems.

Previous history

I have been a consultant at Addenbrooke's hospital since 2005. I qualified from St Thomas's Hospital London and then spent time as a junior doctor from Salisbury to Oxford, Gloucester and London before orthopaedic training based in Cambridge and specialist hand surgery training in Oxford. I first worked as a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon in Ipswich from 2000 to 2005.

Memberships and accreditations

I am a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England and a member of the British Society for Surgery of the Hand. Alongside this I’m a holder of a European Diploma in Hand Surgery.
