We had no MRSA cases and fewer C.Difficile cases. We continue to experience a high volume of emergency admissions and a significant proportion of our beds are being used to care for elderly patients who are delayed transfer of care

  • MRSA cases this month: 0
  • Patients seen in November: 70,129
  • Percentage of patients treated within 18 weeks: 92%
  • 9,081 patients treated in the emergency department in August
  • 70.3% of emergency patients treated within four-hours
  • Over 85% of cancer patients seen within 62 days
  • 97.9.% of planned operations went ahead on the day of admission
  • In November the Trust had an in month deficit of 14.2m 
  • 110 new nurses are scheduled to join the Trust in January
