Council of governors meetings

The Council of Governors normally meets four times per year in public.

Members of the public may only record proceedings of meetings held in public of the Board of Directors and the Council of Governors in strict accordance with the agreed policy of the Trust. A copy of the policy can be found here.

Members of the public can ask questions at the Council of Governors. The deadline for receipt of questions is 09:00 on the Monday of the week of the meeting.

Questions will be taken at the end of the agenda. The Chair has the discretion to decline to accept or redirect questions to a more appropriate place.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, meetings of the Council of Governors will not be held in public until further notice. Copies of the papers will be posted on the Trust website ahead of each meeting and a summary of the key issues discussed will be made available following each meeting.
