Board of Directors’ meetings

The board of directors meets in public six times a year. The meetings cover a range of operational and strategic issues. Agendas, papers and minutes are available on this site.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, meetings of the Board of Directors will not be held in public until further notice. Copies of the papers will be posted on the Trust website ahead of each meeting and a summary of the key issues discussed will be made available within a week of each meeting. 

As usual, the Board of Directors welcomes written questions. The deadline for receipt of questions is 12 noon on the Monday before the meeting. Questions should be submitted to
