  • Try to start your reduction on a Monday or a Tuesday
  • If you experience a small deterioration in condition a few days after you have reduced your dexamethasone dose, then revert back to the previous dose.
  • If symptoms stabilize again then restart your dexamethasone reduction again 14 days later.
  • If there is significant deterioration, or you are concerned, then please telephone the following number:
