Patient advice and liaison service (PALS)
We work closely with staff across the Trust to resolve concerns promptly. The PALS team will acknowledge your contact as quickly as possible and aim to resolve any issues within ten working days, although this may take longer in some circumstances.
MyChart patient portal
MyChart is the electronic patient portal at Addenbrooke’s and The Rosie hospitals which allows patients to securely access parts of their health record held within the hospitals’ Epic electronic patient record system.
