Dr Pat Sartori qualified from Guy's Hospital Medical school, then trained in General Paediatrics in Manchester, Addenbrookes, Great Ormond Street and Birmingham Children's Hospital. She trained in Paediatric Oncology at Birmingham Children's, Bristol Children's and Addenbrooke's hospitals. Dr Sartori worked in Paediatric Oncology at Addenbrooke's as a senior registrar then as a consultant. She then trained in Palliative Medicine and took up my current post in 2009. Dr Sartori leads the Paediatric palliative care team at Addenbrooke's; The team work with teams from other hospitals, community and children's hospices to provide palliative care for children from East Anglia. Dr Sartori also leads the Adam Rogers team - a multidisciplinary team proving support and therapies for children with cancer and haematological diseases and for their families.
