(Corrected 11 August 2026) The General Medical Council (GMC) met on 29 June to review the conditions placed on Ms Kuldeep Stohr’s medical licence.
A GMC Interim Orders Tribunal determined that the existing conditions on Ms Stohr’s licence should remain in place. These restrictions are detailed on the GMC website.
Ms Stohr has not worked clinically since March 2024 and was suspended by the Trust in February 2025. We would like to reassure patients and families that she remains suspended from work and is not practising at the Trust.
We continue to provide the GMC with regular updates from the ongoing retrospective clinical review of approximately 1,000 of Ms Stohr’s patient cases. We have also supplied all information requested by the GMC to support it in its decision-making process.
