Help us improve how we communicate with you

To improve how we communicate with our patients, their families and carers, and our wider public, we have launched a survey to understand how informed and interested they are about receiving communications from our Trust.

The feedback we receive will inform a number of areas, including:

  • The redevelopment of our website
  • A refresh of our corporate identity
  • How we engage through our social channels, such as Twitter, Facebook and Instagram

You will see the survey appear on your screen and it will take less than five minutes to complete.
