NHS Neonatal Care Experience Survey 2026

The Neonatal Care Experience Survey is about families’ experiences with NHS neonatal care. This survey aims to understand parents’ experiences of neonatal care for their babies across England so we can learn from your experiences. Your feedback will help NHS England improve neonatal services for babies and their families.

Cambridge University Hospitals is participating in the National NHS Neonatal Care Experience survey 2026. This survey allows parents to give feedback on the neonatal care they have received. This feedback is used to understand where care is working well and how neonatal services can be improved.

A selection of families who have recently received neonatal care will receive an invitation to participate in the survey. It is your choice whether to take part in the survey and your answers will be kept confidential. If you are selected to take part, the hospital will send your contact details to Picker, the CQC approved organisation which manages the survey for us.
