Clinical audits

Clinical audits help us to improve the quality of care and services at Cambridge University Hospitals.

“Clinical audit is a vital part of how medical teams assess the quality of their work. By constantly measuring our performance and comparing it to accepted standards of care or other similar hospitals (benchmarking) we can generate a picture of how well we care for our patients. Our goal as an organisation is to constantly improve patient care. Here we present a selection of recent clinical audits; some show we are doing well and others find room for improvement. We hope your find them interesting and informative."
