  • Sausage roll (one medium 60g): 190 kcals 12g fat
  • Mini sausage roll/scotch egg/mini quiche (15g): 50-80 kcal 4g fat
  • Scotch egg (One large – 120g): 301 kcals 19g fat
  • Mini Pork Pie (50g): 185 kcals 13g fat
  • Cocktail sausages (5 sausages/40g): 108 kcals 7g fat
  • Bagel with cream cheese and jam
    • One bagel (90g), two cream cheese ‘triangles’ (30g) and one tablespoon jam (15g): 360 kcals 8g fat
  • Peanut butter and jam sandwich
    • Two medium slices bread, one tablespoon peanut butter (15g) and jam (15g): 250 kcals 9g fat
  • Scotch pancake/bagel with smoked salmon and cream cheese
