- Remove the cap from the inhaler.
- Remove the cap from the Aerochamber.
- Shake the inhaler and insert in Aerochamber.
- Place the mouthpiece in the mouth and ensure lips are sealed around the mouthpiece.
- Press the inhaler once.
- Take a deep, slow breath in (if a whistling noise is heard you are breathing in too hard or fast) until your lungs are full up.
- Hold your breath for up to ten seconds.
- Remove mouthpiece from the mouth.
- Breathe normally.
For further doses repeat steps three to seven after shaking the inhaler.
