Refund policy

Cancellation before egg collection

If your cycle cancelled at any stage before egg collection, a refund minus a charge of £650 and any drug costs incurred up to that point will be given.

Cancellation after egg collection

If you cancel after your egg collection, a refund of £200 will be given.

Complete failure to fertilise

In very uncommon cases, none of the eggs collected fertilise and there are no embryos to transfer, a refund of £200 will be given.

Freeze all embryos

It may be necessary to freeze all your embryos for clinical reasons, most commonly because of the risk of Ovarian Hyperstimulation Syndrome . In these circumstances you will pay £325 for the vitrification and 1 frozen blastocyst cycle incl. medication. This will replace your fresh transfer.

Any refunds will be paid once our finance department has received confirmation of the change in treatment from Cambridge IVF staff. Payment will be to the card used for the initial payment.
