CUH Disability Pay Gap

At Cambridge University Hospitals (CUH), inclusion is a key part of our people strategy. We believe we are stronger when we recognise, value and support difference. One of our priorities is to create a fair and inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.

As part of our ongoing commitment to equality, we are voluntarily publishing a disability pay gap report. While this is not currently a mandatory requirement, we believe it is an important step in understanding where inequalities may exist and taking positive action to address them.

The report aligns with our wider work to improve staff experience and career progression, and supports our legal obligations under the Equality Act 2010, including making reasonable adjustments and promoting equal opportunities.

By publishing this report, we aim to highlight areas for improvement and drive change that benefits disabled and neurodiverse colleagues, while reinforcing our commitment to fairness for all.
