Sometimes babies are born early, or your doctor may decide your baby needs to be delivered early. In these cases your baby may need to be cared for in our neonatal unit where we provide specialist care and facilities for more than 1000 sick and newborn babies each year.
Current visiting policy
Restricted visiting will be permitted on most wards and areas such as our Emergency Department. Please follow our guidance to find our more information as some areas do still have restrictions.

The Neonatal services are part of a network of neonatal units which all work to provide the same high standard of medical and nursing care to sick and premature babies throughout the South East Region.
