How to access MyChart

Once signed up, you can access MyChart either via our MyChart website or MyChart app…

  • On the website: MyChart website (opens in a new tab)
  • On the app: Download the MyChart app from the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Android) from your phone or tablet device. When asked, select "Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust" as your healthcare organisation.

Log in using your MyChart username and password (set up as part of your MyChart sign up).

You can also set up alternative ways to log into your MyChart account – using face ID, fingerprint scanning, passcode or passkeys for example. You can set these up within the ‘Account Settings’ section of your MyChart.

Two-step verification

Two-step verification is now required for you to access your MyChart account. This is an extra layer of security whereby a code is required once you have signed in with your MyChart username and password.

Email is the default setting for sending you the code, but you can choose whether you would like the code to be sent via an authenticator app instead (if more convenient). The video below shows you how to set this up in MyChart.
