Every winter, our Goods In team experiences a spike in parcels and deliveries intended for patients – including flowers, chocolates, clothing, and even perishable food items.
The hospital is unable to accept parcels or deliveries for patients.
If you would like to bring personal items (such as clothing, toiletries, or small gifts), please arrange for friends or family to bring them in during visiting hours.
Why we can’t accept deliveries:
- To protect patient safety and privacy, external couriers cannot enter patient areas.
- During busy periods, additional parcels may disrupt essential hospital deliveries.
