The Bridgerton Garden was originally created for the RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2024 and is now permanently installed within the Rosie Hospital. There is a refined plant selection, ornamental grass, a tranquil period water fountain, an iconic moongate and seating.

About the garden
The Bridgerton Garden is a therapeutic, relaxing place for our patients, families, staff and visitors to enjoy and take a moment to pause and connect with nature.
Outdoor space is so important for supporting recovery and improving mental health and wellbeing, so we are absolutely delighted to have such a beautiful environment within the heart of our hospital grounds.
The garden, which won a Silver medal at the RHS Chelsea Show in 2024, was designed by Garden designer Holly Johnston.
It was inspired by the third season of the Netflix hit show, and has been carefully reimagined as a lasting gift to our hospitals and local community.
For fans of the show, the garden is based on the character Penelope Featherington.
Outdoor space is so important for aiding recovery and improving mental health and wellbeing, so we are absolutely delighted to have such a beautiful environment within the heart of the hospital grounds.
