My current role
I lead a team of psychologists, counsellors, family therapists and family support workers, working on the wards at CUH and with children, young people and families under the care of specialist paediatric services at Addenbrooke's.
I am currently on the British Psychological Society (BPS) Perinatal Faculty Committee and representing the BPS on the Maternity and Neonatal Stakeholder Council.
Previous history
After qualifying in 1999, I worked for 7 years in a child and adolescent mental health service in Huntingdon and at Hinchingbrooke hospital before moving to Great Ormond Street Hospital, where I worked for 7 years, and led a psychosocial, family and play service for children in cardio-respiratory and critical care services.
I have been chair of the Paediatric Psychology Network - UK, on the British Psychological Society (BPS) Faculty of Children, Young People and Families Committee and represented the BPS on a national review of paediatric cardiac surgery.

I am Chartered Member of the British Psychological Society.
I am registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) PYL19164.
I am an alumnus of the King's Fund, Top Manager Programme (2019).
