My current role
As well as looking after people with general respiratory problems as an inpatient and outpatient at Addenbrooke's I have a special interest in respiratory infection, bronchiectasis, non-tuberculous mycobacterial infection and respiratory immunology. I am the specialty lead for respiratory medicine at CUH.
Previous history
I read medicine at the Universities of Cambridge and Oxford and trained in respiratory medicine in the East of England deanery. I have a PhD from the University of Cambridge.
Before moving back to CUH in 2024 I was a consultant physician in respiratory infection at North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust and honorary consultant at Royal Papworth Hospital.

I am a member of the Royal College of Physicians (London) and the British Thoracic Society.
