My current role
As well as being a consultant in gastroenterology and intestinal transplantation, I am the clinical lead for endoscopy.
I am also an assistant director of studies and an undergraduate tutor at Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge.
Previous history
I trained in Cambridge and my Ph.D investigated the role of autophagy in Crohn's disease.
I joined the small bowel and multivisceral transplant program in 2014 and became a substantive gastroenterology consultant in 2015.
I have taught medical physiology at Gonville and Caius since 1997 and have been an undergraduate tutor since 2018.
