Previous History
I have come back into the NHS after fifteen years of ministering in the church context and, latterly, as curate in Yeadon, West Yorkshire. I have obtained a BA in Theology from Bristol Baptist College, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Theology, Ministry and Mission from a theological college in Yorkshire. My journey in ordained ministry has also seen me return to my ‘Anglican roots’.
Between 2000 and 2011, I worked in the operating theatres as an Operating Department Practitioner, specialising in anaesthetics, and as an Education Practitioner. I have worked at Stoke Mandeville Hospital, Buckinghamshire, and at the Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. I was also a qualified mentor.
Specific interests include the topics of healing, navigating seasons of life and vocational transitions, and resilience.
Personal interests
I love being in the great outdoors. I enjoy walking and exploring places. My humour appreciates the rather old TV shows M.A.S.H. and Black Adder.
