I am currently the Interim Chief Governance and Performance Officer
Previous history
Beth joined Cambridge University Hospitals in 2020 and was appointed to the role of Interim Chief Governance and Performance Officer in 2025. Previously, Beth served as the Director of Operational Strategy and then as the Director of Delivery.
During a 14-year career, Beth has held senior operational roles across NHS organisations, including as Divisional Director of Operations at an Acute Trust in the West Midlands. She has also contributed nationally through her role in NHS England’s New Care Models Programme and secondment to the Department of Health and Social Care.
Beth started her career on the EY Graduate Management Scheme in the Healthcare Advisory Practice.
