Neil Donnelly is a Consultant Neurotologist & Skull Base Surgeon at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. He is Clinical Lead for the Department of Otolaryngology, the Cambridge Hearing Implant Programme and the Cambridge Regional Balance Service. He is a Council Member of the British Skull Base Society.

He completed Undergraduate and Postgraduate training in London. Fellowship training in Skull Base Surgery, Otology and Hearing Implantation was undertaken in the UK and Australia. He has a Masters degree in Audiovestibular Medicine. 

As a Consultant at Cambridge University Hospitals, he is a member of a team delivering high quality care in Skull Base Surgery, Otology and Hearing Implantation. He has been involved in establishing 360º skull base surgery in Cambridge. His research interests are in the fields of vestibular implantation, vestibular schwannomas, Ménière's disease, cholesteatoma surgery and hearing implantation outcomes.
