Local hearing help sessions 2022

Patient information A-Z

Local sessions for NHS hearing aid batteries, re tubing and general advice

Cambridgeshire Hearing Help, Suffolk Hearing Advisory Service, Hertfordshire Hearing Advisory Service, Hearing Help Essex have all had to change the way they provide services due to Covid-19. New services are designed to minimise contact and comply with strict infection control and social distancing policies in order to protect clients, volunteers and staff. This means that services are limited because routine maintenance takes longer and the number of suitable service locations is more restricted. It is hoped that a full service will be resumed but in the meantime it is requested that services are focussed on those in urgent need of hearing aid maintenance.

While every effort is made to ensure these details are correct, please note that services provision may change. For the very latest details please contact the individual providers directly.

Information on hearing aid maintenance can also be found in the patient information leaflets on the CUH website or at C2Hear Online (opens in a new tab) (or search on Google or YouTube).
