Tel: 01223 217664

Opening times

Clinics take place on Wednesday and Friday.

In this nurse led clinic, we diagnose women referred for abnormal bleeding around or after the menopause. We aim to

  • identify the cause of your problem
  • exclude a cancer
  • plan management as necessary

You will usually be asked to attend first for a pelvic scan in the Ultrasound Department, near main outpatients, and then attend Clinic 21 to meet a specialist nurse or doctor and agree what further investigations may be required if any. Investigation may involve a hysteroscopy during this same visit.
