About the service

We are the Paediatric and Neonatal Decision Support and Retrieval Service, known as PaNDR. Health professionals can access any part of our service via a 24-hour referral hotline - 01223 274274.

We provide critical care retrievals for neonates and children up to the age of 16 years requiring transfer from different locations across the East of England. We also provide in-utero cot/bed location.

In addition to specialist retrieval, we offer clinical advice to health professionals caring for all children, from extremely preterm infants up to 16 years of age. For additional information please access our website: pandreastofengland.co.uk (opens in a new tab).

Hours

In total we have 6 teams 24/7, 365 days per year. 3 neonatal and 3 paediatric teams who share their expertise.

We also work closely with other transport providers to ensure that when required, transfer is available 24/7.
