Teenage Cancer Trust specialist nurses are there to make sure you receive the best care and support once you’ve been diagnosed with cancer. They’ve been specially trained to understand what it’s like to have cancer when you’re young, and will be there alongside you when you’re receiving your cancer treatment.
They’ll also work with doctors and other professionals to make sure you understand your options and feel informed about what’s happening to you. As well as giving nursing care, they’re there to support you and help you deal with having cancer.
