Organisation of European Cancer Institutes Accreditation

In March 2020, the Cancer Services across CUH and Cancer Research UK (Cambridge Cancer Centre) was awarded Organisation of European Cancer Institutes (OECI) Accreditation.

The Organisation of European Cancer Institutes brings together cancer centers and institutes across Europe to improve the quality and effectiveness of cancer care, research, and education.

The OECI Accreditation and Designation programme ensures the provision of comprehensive, high-quality cancer care that integrates research and treatment, to ensure the centres meet rigorous standards and deliver top-quality, integrated cancer care and research.

The Cambridge Cancer Centre meets the quality standards for cancer care and research, and it is therefore designated as the OECI Comprehensive Cancer Centre.
