We manage the electronic feedback devices, patient comment cards and SMS text messages for Friends and Family Test surveys and we manage and co-ordinate the annual local inpatient and outpatients surveys and our participation in the national patient experience survey programme. We support staff with other patient experience Trust surveys and activities such as patient focus groups and patient participation groups. We also co-ordinate the Trust’s Carers Plan and manage carers' passports.
