Wellbeing journal - Dr Sara Booth

This book, filled with inspiring images of art, has been written to help you find out about, and prompt you to use, some recent ideas on increasing personal wellbeing in everyday life. It is a mixture of diary, journal, wonderful images, free space to use as you please, a CD of mindfulness-based meditation and ideas to remind you of those ways of thinking and acting that help improve mental capacity and wellbeing.

The Cambridge BIS toolkit

The BIS toolkit was originally developed as a teaching tool. The BIS toolkit consists of a set of memo cards containing useful advice for both patients and clinicians.

Having received very good feedback from clinicians who had been given the tool, we decided to improve it and make it available more widely.
