Acute specialist rehabilitation for patients admitted following major trauma

As part of the Trust's major trauma centre, J2 has been established to provide access to acute specialist rehabilitation for patients admitted following trauma, early in the patient pathway. This will also provide a managed transition to rehabilitation and the community.
- Provides a specialist setting to facilitate rapid access acute rehabilitation interventions for patients following major trauma across multiple specialties
- Care on J2 is delivered by a multi disciplinary and integrated team working together to deliver care based on shared patient directed goals
