Patient services is responsible for a range of administrative functions relating to patient care, including the administration of patient records.
Responsibilities include:
- patient records, current, archived and imaged,
- clinical coding
- information governance
- mental health administration
- patients’ insurance claims
We also generate all outpatient letters.
