The artwork for the CUH logo needs to be requested. Please fill in the short form at the bottom of this page to tell us about the usage and we'll get right back to you. The CUH logo is a registered trademark. If you are not a member of CUH staff, or you are working on a partnership, you must obtain permission to use the CUH name or logo artwork.
