Learning disability audit reports

The Learning Disability Audit is undertaken in order to gain an understanding of the level of care provided to patients with a learning disability and the quality of the supporting documentation.

The aim is to audit every year, the 2015 audit is currently being written up. Monitor requires that we as a Trust regularly audit practices for patients with learning disabilities. Auditing care enables us to: identify and recognise good care; highlight any gaps in care and put in place improvements. 

Please note that there is anonymised patient information in the 2013/2014 audit report, also report is pre epic so relates to nursing admission paper documents.
