My current role
As well as being a consultant in gastroenterology and intestinal transplantation at Addenbrooke's, I am also a Fellow of Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge, where I am a Director of Undergraduate Medical Studies and Tutor.
Previous history
I trained in Cambridge. My Ph.D investigated the role of autophagy in Crohn's disease.
I joined the small bowel and multivisceral transplant program in 2014 and became a substantive gastroenterology consultant in 2015.
I am a bowel cancer screening colonoscopist and am trained in optical diagnosis.
I was clinical lead for the endoscopy service from 2019 to 2025.
