Blood service (NHS Blood and Transplant)

The donor centre collects blood, platelets and plasma from volunteer donors.

Please note that the Blood Donor Centre is appointment only and information on referrals can be found on the blood.co.uk website (opens in a new tab).

Opening times

The Cambridge donor centre is open from 7.50am to 4.30pm or 10.50am to 7.30pm, including every Saturday.

The Blood Donor Centre is located on the junction of Puddicombe Way and Adrian Way on the Cambridge Biomedical Campus, opposite car park 1.

Addenbrooke's bus station

There is free parking for donors outside the donor centre, marked 'donor parking only'.
