I am a general neurologist, with a particular interest in neuro-immunology including conditions such as cerebral vasculitis, autoimmune encephalitis, lupus and neuromyelitis optica.

I run a joint neurology/vasculitis clinic alongside the vasculitis team, which is held weekly at Addenbrooke’s Hospital. I am also developing a service to manage the use of intravenous immunoglobulin therapy (IVIG) aimed at patients with inflammatory neuropathies and other similar autoimmune conditions who require, or may require, long term treatment with IVIG. I am a member of the joint drugs and therapeutics committee and of the immuno-modulatory drugs governance group.

I also work two days a week at Bedford Hospital, where I see patients with a range of neurological problems both as in patients and out patients.
