Appointment of new Non-Executive Director

Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is delighted to announce the appointment of Doris Olulode as a Non-Executive Director.

Doris has extensive global human resources experience gained in a career at Ford Motor Company at both the operational and strategic level, across a range of disciplines.  Latterly she was Ford’s HR Director for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.  Doris also led the African Ancestry Network at Ford and was named by Autocar as one of the top 100 most influential women in the Auto industry.Doris Olulode

Doris is currently a freelance HR consultant. She holds the position of Non-Executive Director for the Diocese of Chelmsford Multi Academy Trust, Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust and the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.  She is also a Lay Member to HM Courts and Tribunals Service. 

Dr Mike More, Chair of Cambridge University Hospitals, said: “I am pleased to welcome Doris to the Board of Directors.  She joins us at an incredibly exciting and challenging time.  Her experience will be invaluable as we work with our local health and care partners to develop more integrated services, underpinned by world-leading research and plans for a re-building of Addenbrooke’s Hospital.”

Doris has been appointed by the Council of Governors following a competitive recruitment process.  Her three-year term of office commences on 1 November 2019.
