When health workers from across the world come together, they exchange best practices, learn new skills and share ideas. This has a huge impact on their professional and personal development and on patients’ lives, in the UK and overseas. Our hospitals is one of a handful of NHS Trusts with a partner programme dedicated to supporting staff involvement in global health.
