Have your sayCompliments and complaints
We value feedback about your experience with us. Your comments, compliments and constructive suggestions help us create better services for you.
Passing on compliments
If you would like to pass on your compliments or thanks, to teams or staff members, please contact our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS). You can also use our online Have your say form for this purpose.
Our You made a difference awards enable you to nominate teams and individual staff members who have 'made a difference' to patients, visitors or colleagues.
Making a complaint
If you, your relatives or your carers are unhappy with any aspect of your care, or the service you receive while you are staying in hospital or attending an outpatient clinic, you or they should speak to a member of the ward or clinic staff as soon as possible. If you feel unable to speak directly to staff, then contact PALS and Complaints department who will be able to assist you.
