Wallace Cancer Support Centre

The Mary Wallace Centre is located close to the hospital site on Red Cross Lane where they hold different classes, provide complementary therapies and support groups. They also have a support centre in the main hospital concourse which provides information about cancer together with psychological, emotional, and practical support. It is open to all those affected by the disease including those with cancer, their families, friends and carers.

Wig service

Some of our patients (but by no means all) are at risk of losing their hair as a result of cancer treatment.  If this does happen to you then wigs are available. This would normally be discussed before undergoing any treatment, and a member of staff will refer you to the local service if requested.
